Where Brouha came from

In 2006 we started Brouha as a full service boutique marketing and PR agency, focused on the fenestration, construction and social housing industries.

Having worked at other agencies, we thought that something was missing; collaboration. While other agencies were working for their clients, we wanted to work with ours. From that one desire, Brouha was formed.

Ten years on and that desire still underpins everything we do.

Meet the team

Brouha is a small, boutique agency. There are five of us, and between us we do everything. We are client, not role-based – if one of us is working with a client, we work on everything for that client. That way we build a strong relationship and learn about our your business – as we said earlier, we work with our clients, not just for them.

Each of us have many years of experience in marketing and PR in the window and door industry, so we know what we’re doing and we know what works (and what doesn’t). And as a small team, it’s simple to pass information around and keep up-to-date both on all our agency clients and on new techniques and technologies.

This is us…


A modern languages graduate from Durham University and member of the CIPR, Brouha MD Fiona’s career has since been defined by communications and the delivery of professional B2B public relations and marketing.

For the last 11 years she has led Brouha’s award-winning team to success in the trade, commercial and new build sectors. Described in a psychometric test as rare type of female who is imaginative yet decisive, creative yet deadline driven and ambitious yet private, Fiona falls into a category representing just 0.2% of the population.

Outside of work, Fiona is obsessed with her horses and clowder of cats.


Helen has been working in the window, glazing and door industries since 2001 and in that time has worked on some prestigious industry campaigns for market leading companies.

Remaining studious throughout, Helen has completed the CIPR Advanced Certificate and Diploma and is now an Accredited Member of the CIPR thanks to her commitment to the ongoing CIPR CPD programme.

Helen is kept on her toes by her two children but in her spare time is an avid yogi and loves to escape in a good book at the end of the day.  


Lucy joined Brouha and the fenestration industry in 2008 following a ten year career in the financial services sector.

Lucy’s drive, enthusiasm and fun approach provides a fresh perspective and plenty of creative ideas across all clients and campaigns. With a particular talent for event organisation, Lucy has played a key role in organising some high profile client events – often with a twist to ensure they stand out and are remembered for years to come!

Outside of the day job, Lucy has two young children who keep her busy and she also enjoys her regular early morning bootcamp sessions; well she enjoys the bootcamp, but the early mornings not so much!


Holding a HND in Business and Management, Susie has previously worked in sales and marketing, compliance and financial accounting, before settling at Brouha in 2013.

Having obtained the qualification at Agricultural college, she is also qualified to teach someone to ride a horse and look after a farm – which is handy considering she’s married to a farmer and has a mixture of cows, sheep, dogs and children to look after at home!

Susie has worked on a variety of campaigns, is the lead on aluminium and aligned industries, and represents Brouha on the GM Fundraising team.
