Brouha Marketing wins Silver at coveted CIPR Awards

Brouha Marketing, the agency offering strategic marketing and PR for the built environment, is delighted to have walked away from this year’s Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) PRide Awards with a Silver win in the ‘Best Long-term Client Care’ category.  This hotly contested category had six finalists, narrowed down from an even more extensive number of entries.  This didn’t stop the judges recognising the outstanding work carried out by the team at Brouha on behalf of longstanding client and one of the UK’s largest privately owned property services companies, Ian Williams, as some of the very best the region had to offer.

Fiona Lund, Managing Director of Brouha comments: “Our core strategy has always been to build long-term relationships with clients because we know, within the specific B2B PR space we inhabit, this approach creates the most successful outcomes.  Our relationship with Ian Williams dates back to 2006, so felt it was an ideal case study for this new CIPR category.  We are valued as part of the in-house strategic communications team, offering an out of house perspective and diverse skillset, and it’s that mix that has obviously worked so well for us during some challenging times.

“We are fortunate at Brouha to be able to dip into a diverse skillset across the team.  Although we have individuals responsible for the day-to-day client management, it really is a team effort when it comes to the work that goes on behind the scenes in order to get the best job done.  Building longstanding relationships with clients is the ‘holy grail’ and being able to keep things fresh and interesting by a collaborative team effort is fundamental to that success.  It goes without saying that I’m proud of what the Brouha team has achieved with Ian Williams over the years and look forward to continuing to deliver on all of their PR and marketing needs long into the future too.”

Amy Boothman, Sales and Marketing Director at Ian Willilams concludes: “Brouha has worked with Ian Williams for over 15 years, which has seen a doubling in our company turnover to £120 million, the rise of digital marketing, social media and the move to dynamic online content for multiple generations.  Even though they are an SME, they have managed to really integrate into our organisation – forming great relationships across the board. We provide repairs and planned investment to occupied properties; a high impact, customer focussed and vocal sector.

“Brouha remains dependable – providing sensible crisis management whilst forecasting and adapting to change, always with an eye on the Ian Williams Brand.  They can be depended on to act anything asked - from recruitment campaigns to individual client plans. We always trust Brouha to have their finger on the pulse which is key to us as we accelerate our growth plans for the future. We wouldn’t be without them and feel they couldn’t be more worthy winners of this award.”
